Sapan joined 1832 Asset Management in 2024 as a Senior Credit Research Analyst.

Prior to joining 1832, Sapan had 15 years of industry experience across fixed income investments, credit ratings and project financing. Most recently, Sapan worked at Fiera Capital as an Assistant Portfolio Manager focusing on infrastructure, utilities, renewables, and telcos. Additionally, he developed an in-house ESG framework to score infrastructure projects. Earlier, Sapan held a variety of positions including Vice President at DBRS Morningstar covering a diverse set of infrastructure credits, working in Growth & Transition Capital at BDC, and as a Senior Manager for Infrastructure and Project Finance at the Adani Group.

Sapan earned the CFA designation in 2013. Sapan also holds an MBA from Nirma University, India where he was the recipient of three gold medals for academic excellence.
